Liesegang & Partner is a Frankfurt-based law firm that offers legal services in a number of areas. Two major area of focus are commercial and corporate law, with our firm also having separate divisions that address intellectual property issues or the German Trademark Law. 

In the commercial and corporate law division, our lawyers provide complete services related to company formation, company administration and corporate restructurings, as needed by our local or international clients. Our law firm is a full-service one and our team provides both legal counseling and assistance in drafting commercial law contracts as well as reviewing existing agreements.

Our team is comprised of a number of lawyers with many years of experience. They are ready to assist clients in all matters related to commercial and corporate law as well as the Trademark Law, the Copyright Law and any issues that may arise in relation to unfair competition while doing business in Germany.

 Marco Rössel -  Partner and Attorney at Law specialized in commercial and corporate law

Marco Rössel has a wide experience in company formation cases and he has helped numerous international clients open companies in Germany. He has also handled many corporate restructuring cases in various sectors, including the medical one. His main area of expertise is commercial and corporate law and he speaks German and English. 

Jens Liesegang – Managing Partner, Attorney at Law, Certified IP Lawyer

Jens Liesegang has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal field, during which time he has advised many local and foreign companies in matters related to commercial law as well as intellectual property. He is a fluent English speaker and apart from his law studies in Germany, he has gained valuable experience from working in New Orleans or London. 

Normen Lang - Attorney at Law, Certified IP Lawyer

Normen Lang is an experienced lawyer, with a focus on industrial property law and trademark law. He is versed in national and international trademark application and prosecution and trademark opposition proceedings. He has advised many clients in the field of Patent Law and has represented them both in and out of court. He is a fluent English speaker. 

Katharina Huber - Attorney at Law, Certified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law

Katharina Huber advises local and international clients in many areas related to Commercial and Corporate Law and also Labor Law and IT Law. In the field of commercial and corporate law, she assists in the set up and the restructuring of companies, preparing the company documents, examining corporate agreements as well as providing needed legal advice for managing directors. She is a fluent English speaker who has been with Liesegang & Partner since 2015.

Jennifer Hauch - Attorney at Law, Certified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law

 Jennifer Hauch specialized in commercial law, corporate law, data protection law as well as e-commerce. She has worked with many clients, advising them both in and out of court, in matters related to corporate law, general economic law but also distribution law and general civil law. In the commercial law sector, she can provide legal counseling on not only the preparation on agreements in German and English but also on competition claims or commission reclaims and other areas of interest. 

Jana Burek-Fürstenow - Attorney at Law

Jana Burek-Fürstenow has worked with many national and international clients for which she has provided valuable legal counseling and advice in areas such as corporate trade law, IT law, banking and finance. She has completed a specialization as a lawyer in Commercial and Corporation Law and she has worked with many clients looking to set up branches and new companies in Germany.
